Biography

l previously served 10 years in the UK armed forces serving with the lnfantry and Parachute Regiment. Have since worked and graduated in adult social care and criminal justice. I am also a lPHM approved Life Coach and Mental Health Peer Support Coach. After I complete the Holistic Health Practioner Certificate l am hoping to set up a health and wellness coaching business as well as working part time in the NHS. Thank you.
