Sabrina is a proud Chicana daughter of a Mexican Immigrant mother and Mexican American Father. She was born in Central California (Tulare) in 1973. She moved to Central Washington (Wapato) at the age of 4. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Walla Walla University with an emphasis on Women, Children and Families, and Policy Change. She also holds a Master’s of Fine Arts degree from Seattle University. She owns Day-to-Day Dance Studio in Blaine Wa. and has committed herself to being an artist in music and dance. Sabrina began studying music in the 4th grade and dance technique at the age of 16. She’s an artivist and loves creating awareness and community through dance and musical expression. She is also a member of a local Latin Jazz Band, Bilongo.
