I’m a forty one year old man living in lodi california. I’ve been at personal trainer and nutrition coach for the past ten years, and off and on for the past twenty. My wife and I have four children and own a group fitness Gym.

I did modeling when I was younger, I was a lifeguard, I received degree in philosophy from sonoma state university, I lived in japan for a while teaching english. I’m happy to be back in my hometown, married with children, owning my own business and enjoying life.
