My passion for health and wellness began when I was just 12 years old. I started experiencing unexplained stomach aches, and after countless doctor visits, I was told it was all in my head. But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. Determined to find answers, I turned to books, researching nutrition and holistic health. That’s when I discovered the incredible power of food and lifestyle choices to transform well-being. It was the spark that ignited my lifelong passion for nutrition and optimal health.
In my 20s, I regained my health through diet and wellness strategies, but as life got busier—marriage, children, and a career as a piano and voice teacher—I found myself struggling again. I poured my energy into supporting my children’s health, knowing how vital it was for their success in school, sports, and social confidence. As a music teacher, I saw firsthand that my students performed at their best when they felt their best.
But despite my knowledge, I hit a wall—overweight, sluggish, battling brain fog, concerning bloodwork, and a host of other red flags. I had done everything “right,” yet my body wasn’t responding the way it once had. That’s when I discovered the missing piece: activation. It wasn’t just about what I put into my body—it was about helping my body work the way it was designed to.
Looking back, everything always pointed back to health—because when we feel our best, we show up as our best selves. My journey has led me to where I am today: helping others tap into their body’s potential, reclaim their energy, and thrive in every area of life.
