With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, 15 years as a University Professor, and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist in Tehran, Iran, I have a strong foundation in both academic and applied psychology. I hold a Ph.D., M.A., and B.Sc. in Psychology from reputable universities, all of which are recognized by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and professional member of the CCPA, I am dedicated to supporting clients through evidence-based, culturally sensitive approaches. My professional background includes providing individual therapy—both in-person and online—as well as extensive experience in career counselling, particularly with individuals dealing with job-related stress and burnout.
