I live with my partner of 8 years and I have 3 children, 25,22,15 years old. I work full time and never used to have time for myself was always cleaning washing and doing. In October 24 this changed and I began to listen to my body more, Meditating, journaling, going to infrared sauna and sound bath which I benefited from.

So I wanted to be able to share my experiences and this course seemed the perfect tool for me.
