My Name is Sherry, I have been a Massage Therapist for 8 years now. Prior work experience was a Administration Supervior at a Outpatient Mental Health facility for child, and a Dental Assistant before that. I have always been taking care of people in my business and personal life. Happily married raise 4 children and I am now the care taker of my 91 year old mother. This can be challanging to always take care of others its seems we neglect ourselves.

This is why I am taking this course. To focus more on myself. Inside so I can help myself outside. I look forward to learning new things about the mind and body. It is so amazing how everything really does work together.
