I am a 24 year old EMT, soon to be paramedic.

All my life I spent all my time taking care of others and never took care of myself. I’ve worked on boundaries and have started really taking care of myself mentally, physically, emotionally.

Over the last couple years I’ve begun diving into holistic and natural living. It’s helped change the way my body and mind feel, and I’m here to learn more for myself and for others.

The more I learn, the more aware I become of how modern medicine does more damage than good. Modern medicine does not address the roots of problems, just masks the symptoms with medications that will damage you in other ways. I believe it’s time for a change, no matter how small.
