I am a dedicated cardiac nurse with eight years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. My professional journey has recently evolved to include a deepened focus on holistic and integrative approaches to healing. 

My passion for holistic health was profoundly shaped by my own battle with breast cancer last year. Navigating treatment from the patient’s perspective strengthened my belief in whole-person care inspiring me to explore the powerful role of complementary therapies—such as massage, yoga, mindfulness, and acupressure—in supporting recovery, reducing treatment side effects, and improving overall quality of life. 

Currently pursuing a holistic nursing certification, I am dedicated to blending traditional medical knowledge with integrative wellness practices. I believe in advocating for compassionate, individualized care that honors both the physical and emotional dimensions of healing.
