We bought a farm in Virginia which became a model for organic small farming. Our farm provided a living classroom for students and beginning farmers to learn good soil and conservation management. We helped pioneer successful high tunnel growing for year round crop production of nutrient dense, truly organic produce. It was our pleasure to provide crops for those with special dietary needs and well as instructions on preparation. We have retired and sold the farm. The focus now is on my WFPB lifestyle. I have completed a plant based chefs course and nutrition course and am ready to move forward with a more holistic approach.
