Biography

I have been a Registered General Nurse in my first 20 years of adult life.  In this last decade I have been learning more about alternative therapies which I began at aged 23 with aromatherapy.  I am a qualified Reflexologist Level 5 in Duopody. It’s been such an inspirational journey seeing how the body works as a whole, from the physical to the metaphysical.
I have received wonderful sound healing myself which has drawn me to using sounds on myself to calm my mind, my nervous system.
I am looking forward to discovering more as I study Sound Healing 🧚‍♀️✨🌈
