I am woman in my wisdom years. Married to my husband Kent for 29 years. A son Chet with a wonderful wife and two sons. A daughter Erin with her significant other. No children yet. I have spent years of working in a variety of fields. Stretching from babysitting, Nanny, Major Medical Insurance, CNA, High School Cook, In Home Day Care. Waitress, Hostess, Retail Work.
But for the last 10 years I have spent researching herbal remedies and working with nutritionists trying to improve my health. I believe a holistic approach is better than dealing with pharmaceutical meds. I have been dealing with diabetes for 15 years. I come from a long line of diabetics. But I firmly believe in clean healthy nutrition and studying herbs to meet our bodies needs. This is why I am here. I’m looking forward to a new path of study.
