Tere Derbez is the Founder and CEO of Elevate Excellence Coaching (EEC), with over 30,000 hours of professional practice delivering training, workshops, coaching sessions, and transformational programs for public and private institutions across the United States and Latin America.

She holds a Doctorate in Counseling & Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a Master’s Degree in Holistic Psychology from Spain, along with international certifications in Art Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Logotherapy, Music Therapy, and Holistic Massage.

Tere integrates strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, and holistic psychology to support individuals and organizations in achieving clarity, alignment, and sustainable growth. Her work bridges human development and professional performance, transforming vision into conscious action through structured methodologies and experiential workshops.
