Hi! My name is Teresea Higham and I’m a full-time therapist at New Beginnings Recovery Center in Seymour, Indiana. I’m passionate about my family and helping others. Working in the mental health and addiction field I see so much suffering due to mental illness and addiction. The medications that folks are prescribed sometime help but the side effects can be horrendous. I have decided to change my life by eating healthier foods and trying to stay away from big pharma by learning how to heal myself the natural way. If I do well enough and feel comfortable with it, I’d like to be able to help others as well. I want to enjoy the rest of my life living a clean life and loving everything that I do with my husband, children, and grandchildren.
