My journey into wellness began over a decade ago with one simple belief: healing happens when the body feels safe, supported, and truly listened to.

I graduated from the Academy for Massage Therapy in 2012 and have spent more than 12 years working hands-on in the wellness field, including time at both boutique and nationally recognized massage studios. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in neck work, prenatal massage, acupressure, and cupping, while continually expanding my education to better support the nervous system and whole-body balance.

I previously owned and operated a brick-and-mortar wellness space, renting rooms to fellow practitioners. After a few years, I stepped away to care for a loved one. I’ve since returned to massage therapy and am now expanding my work to support clients on a deeper, more holistic level.
