Biography |
I’ve never really fit into one box. Some days, I’m elbow-deep in sourdough starter, coaxing fermentation like it’s a living experiment. Other days, I’m breaking down BIOS glitches or figuring out how to outmaneuver someone twice my size in a jujitsu match. What ties it all together? A need to understand things deeply—then make them better. Troubleshooting isn’t just about fixing. It’s about dissecting systems, finding what people overlook, and putting things back together cleaner than before. Whether it’s tech, training, or nutrition, I’ve always felt a pull toward what other people might call “too technical” or “too tedious.” That’s where I thrive. I don’t chase perfection, but I do hunt precision. My curiosity spans physiology, combat strategy, evidence-based health—and every weird corner where logic meets intuition. I’ve tested sleep therapies from Japan, analyzed my win/loss ratios in jujitsu like a performance lab, and explored how cinnamon could dial up metabolic effects. Nothing’s too small if it gives an edge. But I’m not all numbers and tactics. I care about people. Sharing what I learn is part of how I grow. If I had to describe what drives me, it’s this: the pursuit of clarity in chaos. Whether I’m fighting sleep deprivation in training or solving a stubborn disk error, I’m most alive when I’m adapting—when I’m solving something that doesn’t want to be solved.
