I am a wife, mother of two, dentist and a natural health enthusiast.  I have been practicing dentistry for over 20 years.  During this time I learned the importance of natural holistic health.  God has giving us everything we need to live long healthy lives without a medicine cabinet full of pharmaceuticals.  My goal is to help others achieve optimal nature health.

My hobbies include exercise, going to the beach, travel, and spending time with my family.
