I have been an occupational therapist since 1996.  In 2008 I began to practice in the speciality of hand therapy and was certified as a CHT in 2012.  I have worked on acute psychiatric settings, public school settings, outpatient clinics, acute care hospital settings, outpatient hospital settings, home health settings and most recently a private school for multiple disabilities and blindness.  I have spent about half of my career with pediatrics and half with adults. I have multiple publications and taught functional anatomy for 5 years at Philadelphia University (now Jefferson).   I currently take private clients, particularly those managing a chronic illness or disability.  I use coaching methods in my practice with caregivers and private clients.
