Growing up in a rural town in Jamaica, amidst four siblings, my mom, and dad, life seemed simple yet filled with challenges. At 16, right on the brink of high school graduation, I found myself pregnant. Society tends to write off such moments, but I was determined to script my own narrative.

With 8 CXC subjects under my belt, more than necessary for admission to the University of the West Indies School of Nursing, I pursued higher education at just 17 and graduated at 22. The journey didn’t stop there; I ventured to the US, where I delved into entrepreneurship as a hairstylist before seeking certification as a Life Coach, now a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

Currently, I call the road my home, living in a van, chasing sunsets across the US. But my story isn’t about accolades; it’s about purpose. I’m a mother to a son and daughter, a divorcee, and a survivor of heart-wrenching losses, guiding my children through the mourning of their late fathers.

My journey isn’t defined by achievements but by the relentless pursuit of truth and authenticity. From an early age, I embraced spirituality, and now, as a Holistic Health Practitioner, I center my work on health, wellness, growth, and evolution. My mission? To heal the world by empowering others to heal themselves.

It’s time to dismantle the norms that stifle our voices and perpetuate ignorance. I refuse to conform to societal expectations that dampen individuality. Instead, I amplify conscious discourse, challenging the status quo and advocating for change.
