Hi, I’m Windi Rifanburg, and I’m so excited to be on this journey of becoming a certified holistic practitioner.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been immersed in the world of integrative wellness — leading education around essential oils, natural supplementation, and lifestyle strategies that support the body, mind, and spirit. My background includes mentoring wellness advocates, teaching foundational health classes, and guiding women (especially those over 40) in finding alignment through movement, nutrition, and mindset.

This next step into formal study feels like such a natural extension of the work I’ve already been doing. I’m here to deepen my knowledge, grow personally and professionally, and continue helping others from a place of integrity, experience, and education.

Outside of wellness, I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart, a mom of three grown sons, and a proud grandma of four (soon to be six!) beautiful grandbabies. I love working out, cooking nourishing meals, and finding joy in the little things — especially when they involve family, faith, or adventure.
