The experience I’ve had with Scholistico has been incredibly frustrating, as they seem to be completely unresponsive to any form of communication. Despite my attempts to reach out via phone and chat support, I have received no answers, and I am still left waiting for a response to my email inquiry. This lack of customer service has led me to the firm decision that I will not be enrolling in any courses offered by Scholistico. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to addressing questions or concerns, their silence speaks volumes about their commitment to their students.
