App no longer working!?

    I wondered also today and just got an email where they say there is a problem with the app and are on the case. I torally agree with you – app is best 😅

          The first image is my PDF book download and when I clicked to download it from the Phone App it won’t let me (see pic 2 with the blank spinning wheel!) it never loads. I’m so frustrated 😔😏

            I can totally understand how frustrating that must be! 😔

            I’ve reported the issue to our team, and they’ll look into it right away. In the meantime, you could try downloading the PDF from a desktop or laptop if that’s an option. We’ll work to get this resolved as quickly as possible!

    Oh this could be the issue I have been having. I’ve passed all my tests and finaly exams after that I have error messages rather than a certificate. A bit much for me to cope with. I would be annoyed if I’m taking a course that has no weight to it. Is anybody that’s training or trained on this course moved forward into other courses and hands on training I would love to get involved with practical practices
