Hello fellow learners,

My name is Tonya Bailey. I worked in the field of education for 25 years as an English teacher, assistant principal, principal, and a Director of Student Services.  I then worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the state of Ohio for 8 1/2 years.  I retired in October of 2023, and now that the holidays are over, I am engaging in opportunities to learn and grow as a person and pursue interests.

On a personal note, I am happily married, and I am a fur baby mom of three dogs, and I am a bonus grandmother (Ti Ti) of three amazing kiddos.  I enjoy reading, going for walks, using our home gym (I am just re-engaging in this), and re-learning to cook using cast iron skillets and stainless steel pots and pans.

I am excited to go on this journey with all of you!
