I enjoy yoga, family and holidays. I like seeking adventure all over the world and around Australia, exploring and admiring what the world offers in nature and culture. I am a qualified yoga instructor and level 2 reiki certified. You will find me either outdoors or with my nose in a book, always learning and wondering.

I am currently battling a health condition and would like to learn more about holistic wellness and hopefully help others in a similar situation once qualified. To help others understand what is happening to their body and mind, to find the right help and be there for one another through trying times is my aim. Learning from my knowledge of living with a non-curable disease and to open peoples minds to think outside of the medical box.
