Biography

I am a retired firefighter/paramedic from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I have lived on the Cape and raised my family with my husband of 45 years.
I voluntarily retired from the fire service as I was going on 26 years and I felt drawn to holistic health and have applied
that to the people I presently serve who are suffering from
substance use and mental health challenges.
I love life and respect all beings (except ticks & wasps!)
I meditate, read, spend time with my family, my
animals, and forest bathe for my self-care.
