Biography |
Hi, I’m Doris! I’m a multidisciplinary creative and third-generation book printer from Toronto. I studied photography at OCAD University and have always been passionate about visual storytelling, design, and anything handmade. I ran my design studio and online retail shop. I have a deep love for pens, journals, and scrapbooking. I also enjoy crafting—sewing, knitting, crocheting—and have recently been exploring illustration as another way to express myself.
In the last few years, I’ve expanded into film and television, producing a few projects and writing my first book, which I hope to turn into a screenplay. I’m also proud to support Asian Canadian storytelling through my work with the Reel Asian Film Festival and as part of the Firecracker Department and WIFT.
I’m excited to now be deepening my creative journey through art therapy and exploring the ways creativity and healing can intersect.
