| Biography |
Ellie Bass is an integrative coach, Jewish educator, body-mind practitioner, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience helping people understand themselves more deeply and live with greater clarity, compassion, and alignment.
A former professional dancer and martial artist, Ellie brings a rare blend of embodied wisdom, spiritual depth, emotional insight, and practical guidance to her work. Her background includes Jewish education, coaching, somatic movement, meditation, herbalism, homeopathy, and inner-world work, allowing her to support the whole person: body, heart, mind, and soul.
Ellie’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful growth happens when we learn to listen inward, make sense of our patterns, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be understood. She helps individuals, couples, and groups navigate life transitions, relationships, emotional overwhelm, personal identity, spiritual growth, and the everyday work of becoming more fully themselves.
For many years, Ellie served as a leader in Jewish women’s education and community programming in Toronto, creating classes, retreats, workshops, and transformational learning spaces for women of all ages and backgrounds. Her teaching weaves together Torah, Mussar, psychology, somatic awareness, and real-life emotional honesty.
Through her private coaching, group programs, retreats, and educational offerings, Ellie creates spaces that are thoughtful, warm, honest, and deeply human. Her work invites people to slow down, listen more closely, and build a life that feels rooted, awake, and aligned.
