She is a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach (IAWP) and Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher (YR20) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSU Monterey Bay.

Erica blends lived experience with gentle, evidence-informed practices to support individuals as they move from survival mode into a steadier, more vibrant way of living. After years of navigating severe anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain, Erica committed to becoming her own experiment in healing. Her journey did not erase hardship, but it transformed how she lives within it, helping her create a life rooted in clarity, steadiness, and sustainable well-being.
