For nearly thirty years, I have dedicated my practice to cultivating a nurturing and energetically safe space where individuals can embark on their journey of transformation and healing. My aspiration is to offer a compassionate environment that honors each person’s unique path toward growth and renewal.

Feelings of loss, grief, and loneliness are deeply human experiences and can, at times, feel all-consuming. Regardless of adversity, I believe that each of us possesses an inner brilliance. Often, it is fear that obscures our radiant essence, holding us back from stepping fully into our authentic power. My intention is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your light.

The heart of my motivation lies in a profound belief: through education, empowerment, and faith in ourselves we can reclaim our inherent divinity. While the first step on this journey is deeply personal, seeking support from trusted practitioners and healer who can work on the subtle energies of our electromagnetic field can provide invaluable clarity and perspective. Compassionate guidance helps us see beyond immediate circumstances and gently prepares us to take courageous steps forward. In my sessions, I draw upon a diverse range of techniques, always attuned to the individuality of each client’s energetic landscape. I weave together elements of Nature—through visualizations and meditation—alongside Art and Sound, supporting clients as they reconnect with their innate wisdom, talents, and resources. My approach is rooted in kindness and acceptance, guiding clients to release outdated patterns and embrace higher vibrational health. My professional journey has led me to earn credentials in Reflexology, serve as a Reiki Master Teacher, and train as a Tibetan Lineage Cranial Practitioner, Restorative Touch Practitioner, Himalayan Bowls Practitioner, Ordained Minister, and Wholistic Nutrition Consultant. I am also a graduate of Waldorf Teacher Training and the Sound Circle Class of 2007 in Seattle, WA. My ongoing commitment is to create a healing experience that is both heart-centered and professionally grounded.
