Hi! I’m Megan, a health science educator with a background in kinesiology, medical assisting, academic advising, and anatomy & physiology tutoring. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping students and patients understand complex health and science concepts in a way that feels approachable, practical, and empowering.

I have worked extensively with students pursuing healthcare careers, providing academic support, tutoring, and guidance in anatomy, physiology, and related health sciences. One of my greatest passions is education—whether that means helping a student master a difficult concept, supporting someone as they navigate their health journey, or advocating for greater health literacy and patient empowerment.

My interest in holistic health stems from a belief that education is one of the most powerful tools for improving wellness. I am passionate about helping people better understand their bodies, develop sustainable lifestyle habits, and become informed advocates for their own healthcare. My areas of interest include nutrition, movement, chronic health conditions, behavior change, and the connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
