Jessica Lloyd Hales is a contemporary painter based in Decatur, Alabama. Working primarily with acrylic and watercolor Jessica explores Southern scenes and people living in the south. Her work is heavily influenced by impressionist artists like Helen Turner. Jessica holds a bachelors degree in Business Marketing and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security Emergency Management. She has exhibited work in the Tower of London Yeoman Warders Club and has even painted murals in Baghdad, Iraq. She is currently working on paintings that celebrate America’s 250th birthday, July 4, 2026. Jessica also teaches art to over 50 home schooled teens and is a mother of four and Grandma Lovey to three little sweeties.
