I’m currently working as an RYT 500 yoga teacher. I specialize in working with aging populations to enhance mobility and balance. Much of my work involves joint replacement recovery and strengthening. I’m wanting to expand my scope of practice to include assisting my current students with healthier eating and stress management techniques.
