I currently work with seniors on the island of Hawaii. My interests in health and wellness stemed when I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Since then it has been a mission of mine to better understand everything I possibly can about health and wellness. I have worked with therapists, doctors, personal trainers, hypnotherapists and even hyper senstives (psychics). In doing so I have been able to try multiple different techniques like excercising meditating, journaling and with a mixture of working with medical professionals I’ve been able to better understand and manage my own sickness. I believe optimal health and wellness is achieved through a various of different forms and that happiness and fulfilment can be achieved simply by taking care of your mind, body, and soul.
