Hello, Sunshine. I am a South Eastern Montana yoga teacher and founder of Eastern Montana Yoga Coalition. I also run my own private classes. I’m an RYT 500 yoga teacher. I also am certified in pre-postnatal yoga, and I’m a freelance photographer. A few other hats that I wear include family business owner and insurance agent. I’m also a mom and wife juggling all the schedules.  I wear many hats through a day, but that’s the mandala of life. That’s how I live, and that’s how I teach. We don’t react when moments change. We learn to pivot with them.

I’m looking to deepen my mandala through learning the other relatives of yoga and gaining a deeper understanding in different values. I’m a student of life, but I also found more awareness, love, and understanding through teaching my students as well and other teachers. That’s the true gift.
