I am a dancer of Afro-Caribbean descent who uses movement rooted in the African diaspora to tell stories, express, and reconnect with my divine self. As a creative writer and student of dance and culture, I weave together storytelling, movement, and holistic practices to deepen self-awareness and support embodied well-being. I’m also a passionate foodie with a growing love for gardening and natural approaches to health.
