Hi! A little bit about me! I am a multidisciplinary creative with passions that span movement, arts, storytelling, spirituality, and nature-based practices. I am devoted to weaving together diverse forms of expression—whether through art, ritual, or exploration. I often find myself drawn to paths that nurture curiosity and connection. My learning journey includes studies in areas such as herbalism, holistic health, movement therapies, witchcraft, ecology, aerial arts, languages, clay and ceramics and more. The world is so expansive and there are so many ways to study the interplay between body and spirit. At the heart of my pursuits is a deep commitment to natural approaches that foster balance, vitality, and sustainable well-being. Outside of my disciplines I am a mother to a human, dogs and a bunny, and I love anime, books, gaming and fall!
