| Biography |
I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience. Since qualifying in 2011, I have been guiding students through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices that support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
Over the years, I have continued to deepen my knowledge through workshops, trainings, retreats, and ongoing personal practice. My approach combines movement, breath, sound, and meditation to create a supportive and welcoming space where people can reconnect with themselves, develop greater self-awareness, and cultivate balance, resilience, and vitality in their lives.
