My name is Michelle King and I have been working in Healthcare for over 36 years. I have two adult children ages 32, 20 and a grandson that is 2 1/2. I am currently an empty nester which is quite different way a living (still adjusting and making my place my own). This is the first time that I have lived alone as an adult.

I have authored and published a book; CREEPY The Unveiling of a Narcissist, with encourages those that read it to tap into inner healing by obtaining self love. There is also a journal available as well so one can use for cathartic writing as they are becoming set free from unhealed trauma.

I have began a Youtube channel as well and I am taking a holistic approach in regard to content. I am still navigating what may be my actual niche’ because holistic health is so broad.

I have started a nurse coaching brand called Soulful Nutrition and Wellness. I look forward to diving into the Holistic Practitioner Certification because I know it will assist me in the direction that I am going to better serve the communities.
