Personal Statement

I am an enthusiastic and compassionate person with a background in Economics and recent years in Childcare, bringing strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills to my work.

I am dedicated to supporting the well-being and personal growth of others and creating inclusive environments where people feel valued and respected. Through planning activities and working closely with colleagues and the wider community, I have developed the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of individuals and adapt to different situations. 

Earlier in my career, while studying Economics, I worked at a few different office settings (mainly in the administrative department and Retail). These roles allowed me to develop strong customer service skills, operate tills, handle cash and card payments accurately, and maintain attractive shop displays in a busy environment. I also have experience in administrative and accounting roles, further strengthening my attention to detail, reliability, and sense of responsibility, and I am open to learning new skills. 

Overall, I believe my previous and current experience, with all my organisational skills and genuine desire to support a worthwhile cause, make me a dedicated candidate for this role. I am committed to development while contributing positively to the community.
