Decided to go back to school because I have been practicing holistic care and educating people on natural health and holistic health since before I became a Nurse, so I decided I want the Letters behind my name finally.

In have been an LPN 38 plus years. I started my nursing as a child when my mom was involved in a really bad crash and I helped her recover. As I traveled through school life I enrolled in HOSA  and was a pink lady volunteer as a student. Graduated as a Who’s Who Among American High school students in 1985 in Miami.

As a college student I was horrible living in Miami the beach was my happy place not the classroom so after dropping out of college I had to find a Job and it was then that I found it an advertisement.

Earn while you learn… School of Practical Nursing at Mercy Hospital I did all of my applications and submitted letters as to why I should be allowed to attend and well the rest is history. accepted and Graduated in 1987. Got married had kids and worked b ut I never went back to school because life took alot of turns and bumps.

And now I am ready to do this for me.
