At 42, I am a student, creator, and a self-described “wild soul” rooted in Battle Creek, Michigan. I am currently channeling my life experiences into a meaningful career pivot, studying somatic trauma coaching and therapeutic arts with the vision of launching a future life coaching practice

​I am deeply passionate about natural herbalism, gardening, and the raw beauty of the natural world, photgraphy, art, makeup artistry, floral design. I find inspiration in the resilience of nature and the power of non-conformity. When I am not studying or tending to my plants, I enjoy exploring vintage aesthetics, classic thriller films, and spending time with my son. I approach both my personal life and my studies with a commitment to authenticity, deep healing, and embracing every facet of the human journey.
