I have been working in the glass industry doing copper foil work and mosaic work since 2003.  I found out how much I love teaching art when I moved my studio to a downtown location and had the space to teach.  I noticed how much the students loved creating art, and that they looked forward to being in the studio.  This  told me that working with you hands creating art, no matter what sex or age, is a deeply healing process and that it is no coincidence that it has been soothing me for years.  I wish to explore that further.
