Common questions
Will I lose my certificates if I cancel?
No. Anything you've earned is yours forever — certificates, achievements, your title. Cancelling Plus only removes the Plus perks: the AI tutor, full Studio access, the Listening Room, the tools library, member pricing and the badge. Your Studio client records stay readable for 12 months so you can export them.
What's the AI tutor trained on?
Our own curriculum, plus a curated reading list of peer-reviewed sources. It cites where things come from and tells you when it doesn't know.
Can I share Plus with my partner?
Plus is per-account. A second account at half-price for a household member is on our roadmap — write us if you'd like to be told when it lands.
Is this discountable for low-income students?
Yes — we offer a 60% discount for students under 25 and members in countries where $15 isn't fair. Email support@scholistico.com.
