Certificate claim period

A certificate can be claimed for up to 2 years after the date of purchase. After that, a certificate can no longer be issued for that purchase. We recommend completing your course and claiming your certificate well within this period.

Payment plans (installments)

When you buy with a payment plan, course access and the certificate require the full price to be paid. If an installment fails or is not completed, access to the course is suspended and the certificate is not issued, or is withdrawn, until the balance is paid.
