A very comprehensive course that covers many aspects of sound therapy. I learned a lot, even though I have been working in this field for 14 years and continuously educate myself. At the same time, I am glad to have learned a lot in in-person training, because in the practical area, it is not the same to just read and try it out yourself, or to receive guidance from experienced people and possibly get corrected. But all in all, I am grateful that I was able to take this course and will definitely recommend it.

This course is an excellent starting point for studying art therapy, providing a basic overview of psychology and neuroscience, exercises to experiment on ourselves what it means to do art therapy, and practical information on techniques and how to conduct sessions with clients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The course "Mindfulness and Meditation" was a valuable enrichment for me. Although meditation and conscious introspection have accompanied me for many years, I was able to deepen my knowledge and take new impulses for my personal path and my work as a human energy worker. I particularly appreciate the invitation to consciously live mindfulness in everyday life and to meet myself with more calmness and attention. Although I had used art as a tool many times, this course clarified and presented art therapy as its own separate therapy with ways to break it down for specific clients.

I took 8 months to complete this course, very demanding if you follow the exercises exactly and also work, but it is very well structured and provides very useful and important knowledge. I am really satisfied and proud of myself. Now I will start the last course in the package, holistic health consultant... then we'll see

I found Scholistico's Sound Therapy Practitioner Certification course an enjoyable, informative, and worthwhile learning experience. I particularly appreciated how it encouraged me to think beyond simply playing instruments and to consider the importance of intention, careful listening, client comfort, and professional responsibility. As someone already exploring sound-based wellness, I found that the course helped me organize my existing knowledge, discover new perspectives, and approach my practice with greater confidence and awareness. One thing prospective students should understand is that this is primarily a theoretical and self-directed learning experience. The material provides a useful foundation, but developing practical skills still requires hands-on experimentation, consistent practice, and continued learning. I would also encourage students to approach some of the therapeutic claims with curiosity and critical thinking, as scientific evidence varies across different sound therapy approaches. One concept from the final module particularly resonated with me: the beginner’s mind. Regardless of how much we think we know, approaching every learning opportunity with curiosity, openness, and humility allows us to continue growing. I really appreciate that at Scholistico, you can determine your own learning progress. If there is a problem, it is resolved very quickly. There is a lively exchange in the forums, and you can consult each other and give tips on purchasing necessary materials and equipment when needed. Overall, I studied for about 10 months for two trainings. The content is presented clearly and understandably, and the quiz completions provide a good overview of one's knowledge level. This course was a great review of the education that I already received in my science university degrees, and when I was taking Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to become an RHN. There were certain herbal remedies and botanical applications that I did not consider when healing certain ailments that was nice to learn in this course.
