I didn't really know what to expect when I started this course....but found that it was very comprehensive, well organized and quality information. It was fun to go back and re-learn some of the same concepts that I learned in school for Massage Therapy...amazing how the body is all interconnected!! Only negative is the audio would go out now and then - but that could be my computer too!?
