Introduction

I wasn’t sure really what to expect. I thought it was a really good introduction to the course as it outlines everything one needs to know what they can expect to learn in the course, the history behind it, and the tools you will use in the practice. I loved the fact that I already incorporate some of this in my life or have in the past and am ready to get back to that place again.
