Low quality visual and audio aids

I liked learning the science behind the nutrition as well as the holistic connection between food, mind and body. The videos were horrible quality. Volume would go up and down on its own and the narrator would read things incorrectly making it sound like gibberish. It was very hard to stay focused on the videos with these audio issues as well as the lack of visual aids.
