I love the detail and organization of this module read. For me, it simplified everything. And I think this is important when getting clients to begin to incorporate these habits. I like to start with what I am doing well...and then working backwards to address those things I want to make better. This was very well done.

Ease of Navigation

Just now starting the course material and as of now the platform has been easy to navigate. The habit tracker was insightful and easy to install (unsure how tracking will go as I am not familiar with Google Sheets) however thus far it appears as if all will go smoothly.
