I really enjoyed the breakdown and explanation of the all the different nutrients and types of foods that we should eat for each meal, and the benefits of eating these foods. All the information is broken down in a way that is easy to explain and made easy in order for me to be able to put my own meals together. I like the substitutions that are provided for those who eat or do not eat meat.
