Jestem pasjonatką holistycznego podejścia do zdrowia i rozwoju osobistego. Po urodzeniu dzieci zaczęłam studia medycyny chińskiej by wiedzieć jak dbać o dzieci w sposób naturalny. Jestem nauczycielem mindfulness, yin jogi i jogi Nidra.

Uwielbiam zgłębiać wiedzę i pomagać swojej rodzinie a także przyjaciołom.

To już też czas dla mnie by zacząć pracę z klientami.
